Hi, I’m Natalie!
Construction has been part of my life from the very beginning. Growing up in Australia, I spent much of my childhood traveling between remote construction job sites through my father’s work, giving me an early appreciation for the industry, its people, and the scale of projects that shape communities.
After earning my degree in Business Law, I built my career in Employee Relations and Human Resources, working on remote construction and industrial sites with long roster schedules away from home. Those years gave me firsthand insight into construction culture, site operations, safety expectations, and the dedication behind every project.
Today, I combine that industry experience with my passion for photography through Construction Photography Co. I genuinely love being on site — capturing the progression of a project from pre-construction through completion, along with branding imagery, marketing content, safety events, and the people behind the work.
My goal is to create professional imagery that not only documents a project, but tells the story of the craftsmanship, teamwork, and progress behind it.
